A chief doctor of the surgery section at a hospital continues to have sexual relation with a nurse without love. When he gets engaged to be married to hospital owner's daughter, he kills the nurse and let her bury in a pond. Since then, he has suffered from schizophrenia to see the dead nurse often, so that he kills even hospital owner's daughter unintentionally to disclose everything, and has been finally arrested by the police.
