It is the summer of 1999 in Seoul. Two bizarre murders are committed in
which the victims are found missing a particular body part. It is as if the killer
was collecting them for a specific purpose. Detective CHO, assigned to the
case, is perplexed, for the lack of clues or even the victims' identities.
